DADCO’s LJ and L Series gas springs are available in three force models: 1/3 ton, 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton, and are ideal for stampers of small parts. They are dependable and enduring in a variety of applications. Convenient to use, Mini Series Gas Springs can be operated self-contained or linked using DADCO's exclusive MINILink® System.

DADCO's Ultra Force® gas springs are available in eleven force models from 0.19 ton to 22 ton.  These gas springs provide high force and compact height and has diameters ranging from 19 mm to 195 mm.  The Ultra Force® models from U.0400 to U.20000 incorporate DADCO's exclusive UltraPak® cartridge technology. The UltraPak® cartridge is comprised of a superior bearing and seal to extend the gas spring life and provide excellent wear characteristics.

DADCO's UT Series gas springs comply with the Toyota Standard (SMS DNH 3203n). Available in five force models from 1 ton to 10.7 ton these gas springs incorporate DADCO's exclusive UltraPak® cartridge technology. This series features a radius groove, metric mount pattern and come standard with a G 1/8 port. A full variety of mounts, fittings and accessories are available.

DADCO’s new SCR Series of nitrogen gas springs is the latest addition to DADCO's compact gas spring family. It has four models: SCR.0500 has a 32 mm diameter body and force up to half a ton on contact; SCR.0800 has a 38 mm diameter body and force up to 1 ton on contact; SCR.1900 has a 50 mm diameter body with force up to 1.9 tons on contact and the SCR.3200 has a 63 mm diameter body with force up to 3.2 tons on contact. All four models are completely serviceable and have side ports allowing for easy pressure adjustment, charging or linked operation using DADCO’s MiniLINK® fitting system.

DADCO's 90.9 Series is the smallest high-tonnage nitrogen gas spring series available.  Smaller than ISO Standard Nitrogen Gas Springs by as much as 3" (75 mm), the 90.9 Series delivers forces ranging from 1.5 ton to 8 tons. 

Using technology from the popular 90.9 Series, DADCO has created the 90.8 Series. DADCO's 90.8 Series is
25 - 50 mm shorter than ISO Standard Nitrogen Gas Springs. With models ranging from 0.75 to 7.5 tons, the 90.8 Series is available in stroke lengths to 250 mm.

DADCO's 90.8N series is a compact height nitrogen gas spring series that delivers forces ranging from 0.75 to 7.5 tons. All five gas spring models feature a G1/8 charging port and radius bottom groove to match Nissan die standards. They are available in inch stroke lengths.

This compact series delivers forces from 1.5 ton to 3 tons on contact.  The 90.5B2 Series has the capability to be operated in either a self-contained system or a linked system.

DADCO's Super Compact Series is ideal for applications that require high force and short stroke lengths. With stroke lengths ranging from 6 mm to 50 mm, and diameters ranging from 25 mm to 150 mm, the Super Compact Series provides more force in less space by providing up to 20 tons of force on contact. The Super Compact can be operated in both self-contained or linked systems.

DADCO's full height 90.10 Series is based on the ISO standard, and delivers forces from 1/2 ton to 10 tons on contact.  The 90.10 Series can be operated in either a self-contained system or linked system.  

The patented 90.10RX Series replaces the 90.10R – RIC Series utilizing concepts from DADCO’s ISO Series. A direct replacement for the 90.10R, the 90.10RX Series matches the ISO envelope, reduces overall impact forces and emphasizes a robust design for long life.

DADCO's Nitrogen Gas Spring Linked System Components catalog contains all of the components necessary to easily configure a linked system. Customers can choose from the various types of fittings, hose, control panels and specialty components to design a piped system best suited for the application. DADCO also offers ready-to-install completed linked systems built to customer specifications.

DADCO's offers two mounting systems that are constructed to individual customer specifications, tested and shipped ready to install — DADCO's Sectional Mounting System (SMS®) and Sectional Mounting System - Internal (SMS-i®). Both systems offer advantages over traditional manifold systems:
